Baby food recipe: Egg three way..

Egg is a superfood but also one of the most allergenic food, therefore there are difference in opinion on introducing eggs in a baby's diet. According to the recent guidelines, egg is recommended as one of the best first foods to be introduced as it is packed with essential nutrients for brain development and growth. In support ,latest studies found that there is no significant correlance in delaying allergenic food to prevent developing allergy. However, its best to introduce egg yolk first as its rarely allergenic compared to egg white which is very allergenic and if there is family history of allergy to eggs then its best to wait till the baby turns one. Some pediatric guidelines suggest eggs to be introduced from 8 months onwards and for me personally, I'm more comfortable and prefer the same.( I only introduced egg at 10 months for baby T). Eggs are my favourite, I could eat it anyway. Its so versatile you can make plenty of recipes for babies. (Yes more recipes coming soon!) I prepared three different types of egg yolk recipes for baby T.
1.Boiled- easiest; boil whole egg, separate the yolk once fully boiled, mash and ready. (for more puree-like texture,,you may mash with some warm water or milk)
2.Omellete-separate the egg yolk, beat and pan fry with some unsalted butter.
3.Scrambled-preferred choice of baby T. Separate egg yolk, beat egg n scramble with some unsalted butter (I added some milk to it).

REMINDER:
-Always follow the Three Day Wait Rule when introducing new food.
- I would suggest introducing egg before your baby's first birthday, you wouldn't wanna have 'surprises' on the day unless you are opting for vegan birthday cakes.
-Watch out for signs of allergy: hives, rashes, breathing difficulty, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, swelling of lips and face.
-New food is best introduced either for breakfast or lunch as allergies takes minutes to hours to develop especially on day 1.
Egg- rich source of fat, protein, vitaminA,choline, zinc and vitamin D ; promotes brain development and growth.
